Post-Harvest Products: Supplying the floral industry with a complete line of post-harvest care and handling products, including the industry's leading fresh flower foods. Our products meet the needs of every level of the distribution chain to ensure maximum consumer enjoyment of flowers

We are proud to share with you that Smithers-Oasis UK / Oasis Floral Products are certified to ISO9001:2015, Quality Management System by SGS.
What is ISO9001?
ISO9001:2015 is an international standard which specifies the requirements for a quality management system (QMS).
Organisations adopt this standard to demonstrate they can provide products and services that meet customers’ requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The overall aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through the application of the QMS and to identify and reduce risks to the business.
How did we receive this certification?
Our passionate and experienced team have been working hard behind the scenes, continuing to improve our procedures, our systems, our products and our services.
As part of this process we are audited on an annual basis by SGS and this is backed up by our own programme of internal audits, which take place throughout the year.

We have a non-conformance system in place, which ensures that all concerns are logged and recorded, from customer complaints, supplier issues, internal manufacturing concerns, delivery issues etc.
